From HAMBURG/ROSTOCK:

Drive highway A20 in direction Stralsund/Berlin. Take exit 19 - Tessin and drive left on B110 in direction Dargun/Gnoien. In Dargun follows signs to Neukalen. In Neukalen follow the street around the church in direction Malchin and drive left to Salem in front of the pond. In Salem the Ferienland is located on left hand.

From BERLIN:

Coming from highway A24 change to Highway A19 in direction Rostock. Take exit 15 - Linstow and follow signs to Malchin. In Malchin first follow signs to Richtung Teterow. Shortly before you would leave Malchin turn right, cross the railway and follow the signs to Salem. In Salem the Ferienland is located on right hand at the end of the village.
