A new Nat. Commun. publication from the Schlundt lab on SARS-CoV-2 Nprot variant structures!

This article by the Schlundt lab describes a network of residues in the RNA-binding interface of the SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid N-terminal RNA-binding domain. Crystallography and NMR data show that this network is highly dynamic and structurally conserved in Coronaviruses.
