spricht zum Thema:
Cell walls and their remodelling in streptophyte green algae and land plants
Abstract:
Have you ever wondered:
- How plant cell wall polysaccharides can be remodelled by wall-bound proteins?
- How polysaccharides can be tagged and tracked?
- Whether green algae can “borrow” others species‘ polysaccharides?
- How such processes can be exploited in a biotechnological context?
These questions concerning ongoing research in our group will be tackled in the lecture “Cell walls and their remodelling in streptophyte green algae and land plants”.
